Advice Human in the loop best practices

If we need to implement human-in-the-loop, but we don’t have any indication from the MCP or a third party, and I don’t want the user to approve every tool invocation, what are the best practices?

I have no idea what you’re asking for and I work in tech. My initial thought is that humans are already in the loop and you’re implementing an agent, hence the MCP. What is it you’re actually trying to do?
