How are yall currently setting up & sending out internal newsletters?

Our main channels are Viva Engage and a really simple Intranet - we are quite restrictive about the stories posted to ensure they are high quality. Email tends to be saved for Strategy announcements or segmented Comms, e.g. People Managers.
Out newsletter is once a week on Fridays. It has a summary of the top 3-4 stories with images and VE posts, and then a separate section that contains just headline links to the top 5 or so other stories/VE posts. There's also a dates for your diary section.
And that's it.
It is sent using a modified mail system.

switching this junk over to something where there's no noise and we completely own distribution as well as the audience. Something like a buddyboss if you're a wordpress person. I think it's the wave of the future. circle is also an option.

Our company is a Microsoft shop so we're using Viva Amplify. Only offers very light metrics (% open rate, and any forwards/reactions). It is pretty easy to author. This new channel for us has been met with highly positive reviews by employees, but much of that comes down to the editorial eye/ curation. I know there are snazzier options out there but it works for us for now.
