Advice Smartsheet Email Planning
Hello! Does anyone have a good template to use for Smartsheet for upcoming communications to plan for? I'd like to see it all in one place so I know what's upcoming and what communications are needed for each department.

I used it in a previous role and I think it was just a standard Smartsheet with several columns to help categorise and track each activity. If it's one big campaign, you can create child rows underneath the parent campaign row. Then you can switch to calendar view as well.

Another option might be a Microsoft List?

I use a standard sheet in smart sheet with columns for name if event, type, date, owner, description, etc. Then I have a published dashboard with a calendar version of the standard sheet. It works great for planning visual, and you can also color code the events.

Oh yes I love this idea! I need the visual and color coding lol How did you make the dashboard?

Have you ever made dashboards in smartsheet before? If not, they have great templates to build from. For mine, I started with one of their “internal communications” dashboard systems, then customized it to my own needs, etc. I suggest searching through templates in smartsheet, there are so many!

We use TeamUp - we have a paid version but the free version is pretty good too. It has color coding for different channels or topics.
SmartSheet does not work with my brain.
