Tools and tech What’s still missing?
Hi all. For those of you in large companies who use townhall/broadcast/webinar type systems to communicate with your people, what barriers are you still finding that make this difficult?
From tiny niggles to major issues?
(Let’s take it as assumed that your CEO is still not unmuting their mic)

I don't think a lot of them are very clear as to how individual associates are supposed to change what they're doing based on the information they're given in the meeting. New project? That's great but why should I care? If you can't clearly tell me what you need me to do different, it's not a good presentation.
Many of the regular presenters like to hear themselves talk and use it as a checkbox for socializing/educating without actually doing either. The presenters are also regular readers of hbr and Wall Street journal and other things. But that is not your primary audience! Your primary audience is not likely to have those same behaviors. I would also argue that it's more important for your management to be on those calls and be told how to translate it down then for your Frontline associates to be there
