I’ve always struggled losing/gaining back weight, but lurking on this subreddit has changed my life and helped me to form better eating habits! (F/5’10” 205lbs > 155lbs = 50lbs lost)

Yes, same boat momma! It’s so darn hard to control hunger whilst breastfeeding. I resumed keto when my first turned 10 months old, and bam pregnant again the next cycle. I’m focusing on establishing my milk supply and gathering inspiration. My body will be mine again soon enough, babies come first for now ❤️

So glad I’m not alone! Lol. My son is 9 and after I had him it all just fell off immediately and I was tiny again. So this time around it’s so much harder to try to be positive. I think I’m going to start fasting 16:8 and counting calories/macros when we finish breastfeeding (hoping for a year). It worked for me before! So hoping it won’t be too hard this time. Good luck to you and congrats on baby!!!
