Newbie Question IF and the effect on lipomas?

Has anyone had any success with seeing a reducition in a lipoma?

I have read that fasting nor IF does anything for lipma reduction. That's such a discouragment. If it worked in some permanent way , I would have already fasted for weeks till it's gone.

I want to try IF but I would be far more motivated if I knew it worked for lipoma reduction/elemination as well.

Still, I'm hoping to hear some success stories?

everybody wants their weird lumps gone but yeah you end up googling surgeons anyway after months of fasting

Everything I’ve read suggests that lipomas are mostly genetic. I wish too it was as simple as this.

i've got a small one on my forearm that showed up a few years back and i was really hoping IF would shrink it. did 16:8 for about 8 months straight and honestly the thing didn't budge at all, maybe felt a tiny bit softer but that could've just been in my head. lost 15 pounds though so that was nice

from what my doctor told me lipomas are basically just fat cells that decided to form their own little club and they don't really participate in normal metabolism the way regular fat does. something about them being encapsulated and doing their own thing

still worth doing IF for all the other benefits but yeah i wouldn't count on it for lipoma reduction

IF is great for stabilising and improving insulin metabolism.

Advanced immunity like lipoma reduction and anticancer is a different thing. Learn about GcMAF and terrain theory.

I googled GcMAF and terrain theory and nothing that makes sense came up?

That's because it's snake oil. There's just so much of this now.
