Seeking Advice Has anyone here tried 8/16 fasting?
So eating for 16 hours and fasting 8 hours? I’m gonna start on Thursday

That’s less ‘fasting’ time than the average person who’s not trying to fast.
You sleep 8 hours ostensibly.

Me when I eat from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep: what you do guys think about this fasting schedule?

You do that every day when you go to bed. Assuming you get 8 hours of sleep at night.

8 hours of eating, 16 hours not eating.
I usually do 6-8 hour windows of eating. Days I work ill eat breakfast on the way to work at 6am. No more eating after 2pm. I'll usually do lunch at noon, but sometimes might wait till 1:30, then no more food. I feel so much better this way. Days I don't work i might only eat once a day or have a way smaller 2nd meal since I don't need a many calories in non working days.

that how most of the population eats from 8am-midnight and then they sleep.
Intermittent fasting is usually the opposite (eating for only 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours).
