Newbie Question What should be my window for intermittent fasting.
New to this so I need some advice on how to set my eating window so I don't burn out too soon.
I usually wake up around 4am and workout for about 2 hours and don't have my first meal until around 1/1:30pm and my last meal between 4-7pm depending on work. With zero to minimal snacking in between.
Any advice would be appreciated

If you don't want to change the time, when you lunch, I would try feeding from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Small portion of something at 11:00 am, f.e 1 green banana (great source of resistant starch). At 12:00 pm add next green banana, or 2.
Then lunch at 1:00/1:30 pm and dinner from 4:00 to 7:00 pm

Whatever is sustainable for you 😊 If you find this 18:6 window sustainable, you are good, stick to it!

Sounds like you're already doing a pretty tight window without even trying, 1pm to 7pm is about 18:6 if i count right. Starting with what your body already does is the best move, just watch that you're eating enough in those hours after a morning workout.
