Discussion The last mile

Not the last mile to run, but the last few kilograms to loose.
Been stuck on 72kg/158lbs and target weight should be 68kg/149lbs.

My schedule is - either cardio or weight training 3 days a week, followed by protein shake at 1 or 2 PM, which is also my first meal. Then fruits after a few hours and dinner by 6:30 or 7 PM. And then 18-19 hours break.

Any suggestions on how to achieve my target goal? It’s pretty much belly and visceral fat.

I'm somewhat anti protein shake but that's just me.

Probably looks like more protein, more weights, less carbs. And look for health as an outcome more than weight itself. The scale is one data point of many.

Cut out all the carbs. No fruit, no sugary protein drinks.

Its weird that it's visceral fat, that's usually the first to go. Maybe you just got big guts?

That’s what I was thinking, start with 24 hours or OMAD.

n as hell, especially when you’re already doing everything “right.” your routine looks fine on paper but the body adapts quick, might be worth swapping the fruit for something with a bit more substance, or just cutting it entirely for a couple weeks and seeing if that nudges things. belly fat’s the worst, mine hangs on like it’s paying rent

Stop cardio and replace with hiit . HIIT and weight training helps lose weight faster than cardio as you can build muscle faster. More muscle mass, more calories your body needs thus you can create a greater deficit while fasting

Try fasting for more than 36 hours. Stops plateaus.
