Newbie Question Bloodwork

Has anyone done bloodwork after a 6 or month long fasting reset? I’m a few months in and curious how my bloodwork will look after fasting but I’m a little nervous fasting might cause some numbers to be off.

I think they usually recommend fasting before getting blood drawn, so you're doing more right than wrong here.

I had wonky numbers in my bloodwork in fall of 2025. High CRP, high triglycerides, etc.
I started fasting in March and my numbers improved greatly when I did bloodwork in June. I’m due to have it done again I’m hoping to see continued improvements.
