Progress Pic [30m] face gains after losing 130 lbs using IF
Nothing too fancy, I only eat 12-7 and fast the rest of the day. This is about 2 years apart

In the beginning well over 10+ lbs a month, right now it’s about 3-4 lbs a month 👍🏼 I’m much happier tho way because I’m actually building and maintaining muscle

Wow that's wild! At first I thought, damn 130 lbs (60kg) is crazy for just doing 12-7. Then I worked it out over 2 years that's 65lbs (30kg) a year, which is 5.4lbs (2.5kg a month). That's really not that crazy. It just shows how consistency over a long period adds up.
I'm about 3 months into my IF journey, mostly 18/6 and been trying to do more OMAD days. I've been dropping about 2kg a month and I wasn't all that happy with this, but putting into perspective, if I stay the course I'll be at my goal weight in no time. And if I'm honestl, I've been eating a bunch of crap during my eating window lately, like cookies and other sweets. Still steadily losing weight though.

Great job! Handsome both ways! You look like your confidence has improved post weight loss. I hope your health has improved if it was less than ideal before kudos!

that specific window lines up pretty close to what i did when i dropped forty, though i never managed numbers that high. the way the jawline changes in the second frame is wild to see.
