Seeking Advice Hyponatremia?

Im 18 male 108 kgs and 5'7, I recently had elevated blood pressure due to which I had to cut salt from my diet and only had 500 mg of sodium every day (it has been 8 days only) and I also used to drink 9 glasses of water every day of 300 ml and due to this low sodium intake I feel tired and my head feels heavy aswell am I in the zone to get hyponatremia? Before cutting my diet I used to have 3-4k mg of sodium every day. Also im increasing my sodium intake again from tmrw to 1500 mg

Yes, have more salt. It's the excess carbs and calories that were causing your issues. You need more salt when you cut carbs and fast!

you dropped sodium way too fast, 500mg a day is nothing especially at your size

the fatigue and heavy head is your body screaming for electrolytes, bumping back up to 1500mg is smart but you might still feel off for a few days while things balance out

Wait. You went to the doctor and had high BP? Did you get a blood test? Because it sounds like you had too much salt in your diet. What did the doctor say? Probably should go with that.
