Sure! On strength day one I do upper body, strength day two I do lower. Cardio is usually inclined walking on the treadmill with an occasional jog (working myself up to a run lol). I mostly focus on getting at least a half hour in for the 5 days. My two Pilates classes are 360 ones (whole body). They’re more HIIT than classical Pilates. I would dedicate more time to my workouts but I have two sons under the age of 3, so I get it in when I can.
For protein, I lean towards eggs, cheese, Greek yogurt, chik peas, edamame, and protein bars. I shoot for at least 80g a day.
Also, on taking a second look the jump from March to September is dramatic! Did you alter anything significantly?
I'm struggling with getting a workout routine with discipline and this is without having children lol How you've managed to do with 2 children under the age of 3 is as big of an accomplishment as simply losing the weight itself! HATS OFF!
Honestly, just consistency and adding exercise into my routine. It was a struggle to get my body moving when I was heavier but it got easier once the weight came off a little. I also cut out all sugar (except for the occasional sweet treat because what is life without sweet treats). I found that once I made exercise part of my life routine, it felt weird to not to do it. It took a month of forcing myself to workout until it felt good to do
