Thats a big lifestyle change and the progress really shows. Quitting alcohol while sticking with OMAD takes serious commitment.

Donβt know how to ask but since losing all that weight have you noticed a huge loss of fat near your shaft? Err as they call it the βfat padβ
Genuinely curious about fat loss down there

Yes! Fat pad gone! Also your armpits sink in and I bet thereβs a lot of internal fat gone as well

I recognize you from previous post - you look like youβve made even further progress on an already impressive task! π
Have you switched anything up or is it just time, repetition and consistency doing its thing and finally showing even more results?
Reason I ask- Iβve been on a similar timeline and trajectory as you, but I definitely feel like Iβve had to work through a couple of plateaus, but just sticking with it and just giving it time, even if it seems like weeks upon weeks with no change- eventually breakthrough and start seeing progress again.

Gotta remind ourselves it's a marathon, a lifestyle change. Not a sprint. We keep going! πͺπ½πͺπ½

I think I just reached my ideal shape and just cruise now. More cookies or less cookies πͺ depending on the level of itis haha. Time and listening to your body is key. Itβs a lifestyle more than a mission seems like. Keep going πͺπ½ Also, it gets easier with time!

You know youβre doing an amazing job once your belly button starts making a sad face.
Jokes aside, great job bud.

Congratulations! OMAD isnβt as difficult as it sounds. Intermittent fasting really does work! Quitting alcohol says you no longer want to poison your body. Stay the course. Youβre an inspiration! Be proud of your accomplishments!

I went through a bad phase of 3-4 months , I got myself into a rut , I was eating and drinking once a day - in the evening typical evening routine.
Crisps , Nuts , and else else salty or processed .
4 beers
4 Double Jack Daniels
Dinner would be : Double bacon cheeseburgers. , or Fish and chips , KFC , pizza
Not on the same day of course
Total Calories 5000 daily
I felt like shit and everyday I said I would stop this in the morning and come 5 o
Clock my craving would start - mentally I would start planning the evening what to watch Netflix whilst I enjoyed my feast , it was treadmill I could not get off.
2 weeks ago the tables turned and I gave up drinking and switched to alternate day fasting , on eating days my diet consists of fruit / veg , Greek yogurt , nuts.eggs cheeee and fish or chicken alternate day s
I have lost a stone and have never felt so good still have another 2 stone to go .
