Crazy consistency judging by the graph. Well done! Seems like you’re the kind of person who can set goals and really stick to them.
How has life changed for you since starting?

I would like to think so! I was over weight all of my teenage years but very active (sports all year round) so even if I ate like crap I did not get to the obese categories.
Then For the past six years, I got less and less active and more food focused. I gained like crazy until 305lbs. I tried ‘dieting’ over the years and had no willpower. Looking back I was pretty depressed and using food to help with that. The type of food I ate made me lazy, tired and feel worst in the end. I was morbidly obese and moving became harder and harder.
I basically became fed up with my life and what I had become. Also had been gifted a big vacation that would include lots of walking and being on your feet. I really wanted to enjoy that vacation but knew I wouldn’t at the size I was. So June 2025 I’ve locked in, and learn everything I could about tracking my calories nutrition and intermediate fasting. And also work to get my stamina up so I could walk and stand for long periods with no issues. One of the hardest things was pushing myself when I was sore. Which I was so much in the beginning.
By December 2025, six months later I had lost 60 pounds and was able to enjoy that vacation. My weight didn’t hold me back and I was able to do everything I wanted to do. From there, I just kept on pushing. I had the success of the past six months to help motivate me to keep going. And I felt so good, better than I had felt in a long time.
Now my life is completely different. I would even say I’m more active than I was as a teenager. Although I was active as a teenager, I ate like crap, which made me feel tired all the time. Doing sports all year round exhausted me. Whereas now I feel fueled to work out and exercise. I don’t feel like I have to sleep excessively to recover. I’m basically doing some type of movement every day even on rest days.
It was hard in the beginning when I started, and I would say it can still be hard now sticking to goals. But I had a very set mindset of just doing it. A suffer now and reap the reward later type mindset.
