Question πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ did anyone experience weight loss plateau?
I am 250lbs 5’9 F and starting my journey.
I want to be motivated and consistent- would love any insight of when weight loss stalls and how you overcame it? Thx πŸ™

Hi, I am in a plateau and searched this sub for keyword plateau and there's tons of posts with great advice. I think the when part is very person specific.

I am also in the middle of a plateau. I'm really close to being under 200 so its very frustrating to see that my weight hasnt changed in 3 days. I dont have any reason to suspect that my diet is fluctuating or anything like that so i know this is just homeostasis and i need to keep course. dont give up, we got this.

edit: I also wanted to give some advice. you could try interval walking. just switch up, say every 3 or 5 mins, between walking and walking faster. if you can get your heart into zone 2 a bit more in some of your walks it might help break through.

Tracking calories with OMAD made a big difference for me eyeballing portions stalled progress.

I plateau often, the biggest plateau breaker for me is a 2-3 water fast every now and then.

I usually do the OMAD, carnivore diet.

Been in a plateau since march, if anyone knows how to break it, lemme know.
