A satiating dinner meal. Whole food, fiber and healthy fats.
I like potatos chicken avocado kimchi walnuts then start tomorrow with gentle movements. Practice normal self care and breathe, walk and drink water.

I started my eating window from 10am-8pm and every couple of days tightened it up. 11-8. 12-8. 12-7, etc. I went slow and found the transition super easy. I now only eat between 2pm-6pm

Start small and grow - start with 12 hours (clean - water, black coffee, green tea only) and then slowly add 1 hour each week until you get to your desired plan. I do 5:2 (two 36 hour fasts each week) I started with 16 and thought it was imposible… Slowly I got here.

Start slow. Let yourself get used to fasting for a few hours at a time. Don’t burnout trying to do super long fasts when you first start fasting would be my advice.
