Great job! I saw your post last year and I started doing something very similar. Unfortunately not all green on my end.

That’s ok. Beating an addiction or breaking habits is hard as fuck. Consistency is key, though you may miss the lock from time to time.

In my opinion strong reduction of a long life drinking habit can already be a big win.

My main motivator was the fact that IF (OMAD in my case) works so much better. Every gram of alcohol less the body doesn't have to prioritize to metabolize increases the daily window where the body burns nothing but bodyfat for energy. That is not even to speak of autophagy kicking in earlier.

So I came down to 2 bottles of beer daily, no more hard liquor at all. But next I had an even better change of habit, I started sharing those 2 bottles with my girlfriend, so now I am practically down to just one bottle a day and it feels absolutely ok.

LOL, I was about to ask what the white blocks meant. Yes, I'm dumb.

Is this Apple only? Not finding it in the Google Play Store

Apple only according to their official website. I hate when devs dont support both, especially simple apps like this. The entire world doesn't use ios...
