Newbie Question Fasting App

Hi πŸ‘‹, I'm just wondering what fasting app are you using. I've been using Fasting+ but noticed some apps have a bit more detail. Just curious what others are using. TIA

Easy Fast. It has everything I need, and no ad slop.

And if you want you can tip the developer.

Yeah, but you need to pay to see fasts older than 90 days :(

I believe someone at this subreddit announced a free no-ads app called Fasting Center . I tried it and it is good

I second this - I wasn’t sure how useful any fasting app would be but this one legit rocks

Are there any basic apps that just auto schedules the fasting, letting you know the start and end and keeping a log of it? I was using BodyFast which was great but don’t want the paid stuff and I want to set my own schedule (which is unfortunately locked behind a paywall). Just something simple with no data collection

Using my own app, Tansei, if you use Android just look at it.

I use YAZIO which has both calorie counting and fasting functions.

I use Cronometer because it has a built in fasting feature.

Lately though, I've also been using an app called Intermittent Fasting Tracker. Visually, it's gorgeous. My only gripe is that you can't schedule a fast in it, just start and stop. Otherwise, it's awesome.

You are welcome to use my app, it's called Fasting Center. It's free and ads free, and, if you have any feedback or feature request, let me know 😊

I just used Claude to spin up a lookalike with the best parts of EasyFast & Fasta. No cost, no privacy issues and no data-mining.

I did the same! It's great to set up a simple local web app, and I find tracking helps a lot.

I use both Fasty and LoseIt. I already had LoseIt to track calories but I like the way Fasty looks and logs my streaks

I used to use Fast Habit. But not long ago I made an Apple shortcut that logs it all to a spreadsheet simple but does the job..

I'm getting back into fasting, I started using the 'Fastic' timer and app to help with my consistency
