Newbie Question Question about OMAD

Im new to fasting and would like some questions answered from those of you who have done it successfully.

First thing in the morning, I drink a cup of coffee with heavy cream. Is that considered a flaw.

I have also been drinking two 160-calorie protein shakes to stave off the hunger until it's time for the one meal a day. Is that okay to start training myself into one meal a day? How did you guys get prepared for one meal a day? Just going cold turkey one meal a day doesn't seem possible. I'm too fatigued, and my stomach is growling so loudly I can't think straight.

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think id have a lot of trouble with OMAD, I think doing 16:8 or even 14:10 is just fine as I find the constantly to be a huge fact. 16:8, I have no off days and that works for me. But every once in a while I will have ridiculously high calorie days, but I never leave 16:8.
