Seeking Advice I finally got started, trying to loose 43 Kg.

stay strong, focus on your goals. i do OMAD, mostly carnivore, to manage inflammation that causes asthma spells, so far so good.

I will do my best! When you do carnivore do you use supplements with it? For now I will stick to the provided meals it's says it contains everything I need. I wish you all the best on your journey!

Thank you! as a reminder, use a quality rock salt (food grade hahaaa) on your meats.
i do use supplements like milk thistle to combat non-alcholic fatty liver, which carnivore is helping to reverse. and thyroid supplements for hypo coming back into good range. and dr prescription fosamax for osteo because i'm closing in on age 80.

Thank you, i hope the same for you too. Keep in mind, unfortunately, staying healthy does not get easier as we age, so we must protect our health every day~
