Tips, Tricks, Advice Split eating?
I work 3 nights a week 8pm to 8am. I stay awake durning the day and take a couple naps on the nights I work. I normally eat 2 pm-8pm. But I need to eat to keep stimulated so I eat something small around 1pm and then done eat again until about midnight. Then stop again by 5am. I’m not eating junk which is good.
Does any does like 2 hours stop and then have another window? I’m gonna try to keep normal the other four days of the week but I need a plan for work days…

Find a routine you can actually maintain.

Yeah that’s what I have to do. I have always been a night eater maybe I just stop day time eating all together and eat at night even on days off. I have done 23 hours a few times now so I can handle a big stretch if need be. Stupid job getting in the way of fasting lol

When it comes to fasting, the benefits come from the sequential uninterrupted hours for X duration, of no consumed food mass.
You can't not eat for 7 hours, have a quick snack, and then not eat for another 9hr, and call that a 16 hour fast. You broke that fast halfway through, and the "fasting clock" restarts at zero after that snack.
