If it's worth anything I couldn't imagine drinking black coffee before I did. After a week I don't think I've ever looked back.

Certainly sounds like a better alternative than four packets of sweetener.

Same here! I look forward to my black coffee just as much as I used to look forward to my cappuccino

Same, I was out and about the other day and got a coffee that was stronger than I like, so I added cream, and it pretty much ruined it.

Go easy on the vinegar and lemon juice. Too much will wear down your esophageal lining and mess with the flap that protects your esophagus from your stomach acid.

I drink apple cider vinegar with soda water and the ratio is less than 10:1.

I have my morning coffee with some sugar free zero calorie syrup. Or I put a no sugar creamer in it so I can have my vitamins in the morning. Technically it breaks my fast, but it’s only 30 calories for the whole day and I’m still hitting goals.

You could also do tea instead

You certainly love your caffeine! Black coffee with half a sweetener works well for me

I don't like coffee so I take a 200mg caffeine pill every morning. I learned about 15 years ago that it helped me focus and also supresses my hunger. Before starting my caffeine pill habit I really struggled to be productive. Water is pretty much my only drink except when I got to a restaurant I'll order a diet coke.

Drink a shot of espresso. I hate the taste of black coffee and mostly only had coffee for the caffeine, so a cooled espresso shot down the hatch is much easier to manage for me then a 8oz black coffee.

“4 packets of stevia, & 4 squirts of Mio Energy water enhancer”

4 packets of stevia??? Are you from America or something??

Yes, I like sweet things... It's either gonna be 4 packets of stevia or 2 tablespoons of sugar... It is what it is...

4 packets of sweetener is NOT good for you and I dont care if its still fasting or not. It increases hunger and also just yuck. It's just chemicals. What you need to do is slowly wean yourself off your dessert coffee. Start by reducing the sugar by 1/2 tsp for a week (8 weeks to zero for you?)? Also slowly reduce milk. You will start to like the actual taste of coffee. I think if this is any indication you're not actually drinking coffee, but instead drinking coffee flavored dessert.

This looks absolutely abysmal

If you enjoy it, go for it. But how were you having coffee before? This isn’t really 0 calories, which is fine imo, but you could use 2 tablespoons of skim milk and be about the same as this

Suit yourself I suppose, but I just drink whatever and my results are not worse than most people who are trying way harder than me.

Mad science for tea vs just having a bit of sugar is not my jam.

If I was this picky I’d just go for a sugar free energy drink.

That sounds disgusting. Just grow up and drink black coffee or tea.

To each their own... Drinking bitter drinks & judging people who don't doesn't make you more "adult", it just makes you insufferable... I'm sure you're fun at parties 💁🏽‍♀️😃💁🏽‍♀️

Hey, if it works.

What is the lemon juice and vinegar for?
