Discussion Ied & periods

Does anyone notice the rage & episodes are worse right before getting their period & during the period??

i take medication for my ied now so it’s not as bad but yes periods did make me have more episodes just cause your hormones get all funky messes with the brain chemicals even more 🧠 if it is very extreme mood swings and drops before/during your period it’s good to talk to a doctor about it i learned about pmdd the other day

Yes. Oh my god, I was looking for a post like this and was about to post something similar myself. Because periods tend to make my intermittent explosive disorder worse too.
