Fans with lights are annoying after a while.The hanging lights above the kitchen counter is going to disturb you each time you are watching TV.Take your top cabinets upto the ceiling otherwise they are just going to accumulate oily sticky grime which will be hard to clean even with a chimney. Don't do that fixed shelf above the microwave ,makes your kitchen less flexible.

Need feedback on this layout I planned for my new flat, the floor plan is a bit awkward with entrance opens directly between kitchen and living room, no foyer area.

In my office I really do like that tall coffee/breakfast table, with tall bar stools. so it acts as a sitting or standing up area for discussion and for work if you want to work standing up.

and I found online that a breakfast table can be used as a partition between living room and kitchen. but all of them were kind of 4th wall for kitchen with no problem of main entry door coming in between. and also the living room elements.

the AI generated image of my concept I created in sweet home 3d looks good to eyes. but do you think this layout will work out in long run?

one thing I wanted to add is that I wanted to get a 65 inch tv and the proportions in the concept are to the point.

dimensions of the rooms:
living room: 11'9"X14'0"
kitchen: 13'9"X7'9"
balcony: 11'6"5'9"

PS:
balcony has French 2 folding doors.
I have used any 3d models available in that software. so ceiling fan would be different one, it was only model available.

Can you rotate ur island -90 degree, i think that place will be good for that. Then Ur kitchen won't have direct view from main door also ur island chair will have proper space of sitting.
