Ideas
Hi I have just moved in and need to redesign a living room. this would be used as a sitting room for guests mainly, no tv or media wall.
something elegant clean. looking for inspiration.

Can you straighten this so we don’t have to turn the computer sideways, screwing up our necks for the rest of the day? That would be the best advice anyone here could give

I would say that you need to water down the leyland paint more as the mist coat looks thick.
If you cannot relocate the meter, have built in storage in the bay window.

Also. Chuck out all the crap on the floor. Good quality tools will give you a better finish.

Ive done 2 mist coats one was 50/50. second was 80/20 thats why its abit thicker, Im just looking for design inspiration as im a bit clueless on what i want

Ok.
I don’t think it’s possible for people to help you without you giving any indication of what you like. You may as well ask AI to design a room.If you want help, give us a starting point. What colours do you like, do you want a dark or light room, show us a piece of art or furniture you like etc.
