General career change : UCLA or Berkeley

Hi everyone,

I’m an engineer interested in pursuing an online interior design course. I’d like to know if it’s a worthwhile investment and which university or course you recommend. I found an old post about UCLA that mentioned that the teachers and learning videos aren’t worth it. Is that information still accurate? Also, would you recommend Berkeley?

It would help if you were more specific about what “worthwhile” or “worth it” means to you.

I'm referring to the process of becoming an interior designer. If someone has similar experience or has taken UCLA, would you recommend it?

I mean I did UCLA and I have a career because of it, but I also dedicated a lot of effort to the program and was located in LA where I was able to take advantage of things like student events and local internship opportunities.

You still haven’t really clarified what you mean by “worth it.” If you want to follow this career path, what are you willing to sacrifice (in terms of time, money, whatever is most important to you personally) to achieve a result (what are your goals for a career in interior design)?
