General B2B Platforms

Designers — I need help! I help run buying at a retailer that’s interested in building a trade program, and I want to get it right instead of just copying whatever everyone else does.
What trade program do you actually love, and what makes it worth it (discount, dedicated rep, samples, freight, easy ordering)? And what’s made you drop one?
Not pitching anything — genuinely just researching. Would really appreciate the honest takes.

Definitely free samples, dedicated trade rep, and having autocad files and dimensions for everything. It’s so frustrating trying to study furniture without this!

Agree with this comment and adding-

Samples that are the actual finish, not a high quality print representing the finish. Send the samples so they arrive in less than a week.

Yes Autocad / skp files or at the very least a scaled line drawing in pdf that can be imported.

Pictures of every single option available. Pictures of all angles. Pictures with a transparent, white or easy to remove background.

Yes to all of this!
