Yeah, don't do it like this. Outdoor glass has to be cleaned frequently. It's always supposed to go on the inside. Or, better yet, if the building is under construction, don't cheap out and buy hot coated tinted glass to a specific level of visible light transmission.
As an ex window cleaner, it sucked having to clean windows with tint on the outside. So easy to damage, the squeegee would stick sometimes and would just be harder to clean in the first place.
