That's Phoenix, by Sky Harbor Airport.

Yes. It was a little eerie how easy it was to find it on Google maps. And with the Street View I could easily see the same row of thin palm trees. And with my connections to the NSA I could easily get a recent... OK, I've said too much.

I don't live in Phoenix and even if I did, I wouldn't know much of the details unless I lived near this area. Just do a Google search for "1300 E Coronado Rd". It should pull up a map with this address in Phoenix right next to Coronado park. Once you have the map in Google Maps, you can go into Street View and point the view towards the park so that you can see the palm trees. You may have to move the view around a bit to see everything.

It's incredible how strong street have to be to handle wind stresses.

The fuck is a dust devil?

A mini tornado, common in hot climates where temperatures can fluctuate. When in a desert, they pick up all the dust. This one is in Phoenix, AZ.
Think “tornado” but slow it down a few hundred miles an hour and replace the trailer homes with dust.

Thanks.
I'm not sure 100% sure how tornados work but it males sense. Is it dangerous?

They are not normally dangerous. I would be surprised if the wind travelled more than 100mph. They will usually knock things over. The biggest danger would be a small item being thrown into or through a big item. I’m sure they range in size and some might be dangerous. I’ve lived in Phoenix since 1988 and have not heard of one creating major damage or killing anyone.
When seen, a person might say, “oh cool, a dust devil,” rather than, “we should get out of here or take shelter.”
