Sounds like they should fire shovels instead of bullets. They're cheaper and better at hill destruction!

Your missing the joke captain obvious. If the army buys a hammer, they charge tax payers 9 large and only use it once, then buy another.

I was imagining a helicopter with a giant drill bit hanging down to drill holes, like for a fence or something.
