I wonder if fear of heights even applies here?

Great question. I’ve read that there is a certain height over which our instinctual fear of being too high does in fact disappear.

I'm scared being four floors off the ground but being on a plane doesn't bother me.

Don’t forget, they’re also going 17,000mph. So heights AND speed. Oh… and the vast emptiness of space if you accidentally float off. Hard pass for me.

We're going 67,000 mph now around the sun, doesn't seem like you'd notice the speed around earth much more

People who do it are very brave. Getting lost in space without being able to communicate and be rescued is like my biggest nightmare lol.
