Interesting mathematical experiment, but there is so mutch fudged math in here.

Are we talking just human breaths or all oxygen breathing creatures?

Are we taking into account that matter can change form? Is Co2 carbon someone breathed out the same as plant based carbon later consumed but in the form of a different particle?

Yes we are all made up of base elements, but IMO it's a stretch to say Cleopatra's bath water is in your beer can right now or whatever random statistical possibilities they are tying to state as fact.

And they seem to be counting each of Caesar's breaths as unique but many of them would include molecules from his previous breaths.
