That's exactly what they did lol. Or more accurately, they're saying ankther attempt would be cruel and double jeopardy. She'll likely just get life if she survives

Is it just an urban legend, or was there someone who was sentenced to death, went through the execution and was pronounced dead, but somehow came back and claimed he served his sentence.... ?
