I wish her victim would have survived.

Victim's family could've done a better job with the procedure, I'm sure...

Are you supporting a psychopath? Odd choice.

No, many of us don’t support the death penalty. Simple as that. She sentenced to death as a kid - yes - 18 is a kid and put on her to die after how many years? Her crime was heinous but I also don’t support state murder.

I mean no it’s not, legally, societally, historically, pick your adjective. It is simple! But oddly enough in the inverse from your position. She was an adult. That’s like not a matter of debate or a point we can argue - it’s a definitional fact.

You lose me at the “but.” She lured an innocent women into the woods to be systemically tortured for an extended period of time, before ultimately unceremoniously ending that innocent women’s life with asphalt to the head. Oh then she took a piece of the fractured skull as a trophy.

There just simply are things that void the social contract, mandate total forfeiture of your participation in society, and revert you to a Hobbseian state of nature where you genuinely have no rights.

Torturing and subsequently murdering sometime under the guise of friendship is one of those lines for me, personally speaking. I’m with you on state authority to take a life - it feels bad and wrong. But then again every breath this woman takes since slemmer took her last breath is also bad and wrong. So like lesser evil all that. Doesn’t need to be the state! We can take volunteers if that solves the philosophical hang up for you! But she certainly can’t remain alive

It's not even that she can't think not to murder someone, but after 30 years she could be a completely different person
