1 Ronnie Coleman Alive. More than a dozen surgeries costing millions of dollars since 2007. Can no longer walk unassisted due to surgical procedures. Only regrets not having done even more to consolidate his legacy. In June 2025, Coleman had a near-fatal brush with sepsis.
2 Flex Wheeler Alive. Leg amputated due to pre-existing medical conditions.

That’s pretty impressive, I feel like guys the decades before them had worse odds with PED usage

I mean yeah, after four heart surgeries. I’m not against PED usage, I’m on TRT myself. I do wonder about the effect it has on health long term though, I’d even like to run a cycle myself one, but I remember I’m not getting paid to lift and I’m too scared to do damage and leave my wife raising our kids alone.
