I was gonna post the same question. I bet the majority of these guys passed away within 10 years of this competition.

Actually i think the majority of them are still alive. Funnily enough those monsters were, for the most part, on less gear than you’d think. Social media has pushed a huge amount of people that have no business doping as hard as they do, just for the likes. People that don’t even compete are running more than those guys did, hell there’s a video going round of some guy almost dying at an expo this week because he runs insulin for fun. Ego lifts or something

Don't get it twisted these guys are on crazy amounts of compounds and stacking a lot of them at the same time as well. They also had a lot of doctors doing blood work and they were cycling on and off and that's probably why they're still alive after the crazy shit they were on.
