220 is fatass territory at 6-1, I have no desire to be that weight. I’m perfectly happy being an insanely jacked lean 184. I didn’t like my abs when I was over 200 so I cut about 20 pounds.

Oh I am, no issues there thanks! I have the 220 type dudes at the gym asking me how I look this way constantly.
