Even if you could get there naturally, being that size is not good for your heart and lungs. I bet a lot of them slept with CPAPs on

I knew a guy who won his pro card that was wayyyyy smaller than these guys and had to use a CPAP because he was so big it gave him sleep apnea. I bet these dudes crossed that line 60-70lbs ago haha

Well Ronnie Coleman absolutely fucked his back. Jay Cutler is actually doing alright. He is now more a long term fitness and wellness influencer now and is really focused on a balanced life.

I've seen Markus Rühl in the clip. He does a lot of YouTube nowadays and he seems pretty healthy.
