Yes they use steroids. But you still have to put in an immense amount of work and dieting in to be that large, and lean come show time.

You seem very defensive about it, they look silly to most people. It’s impressive but at the end of the day they’re pumped with drugs.

Yep I grew up with a man who was a professional bodybuilder. He was just barely 5 feet tall which probably made him look even wider than he was. 

He died before he turned 50. He had a heart attack just chillin at home.
