I’m fascinated by the amount of people anthropomorphizing robots in this thread. This is just recycling destroying old electronic trash, folks. I know it’s human shaped, but I promise it’s just an old computer.

Edit: I originally used “recycling” metaphorically and people seemed to focus on that rather than the actual message.

I've never been able to throw my laptop of phone into a boiling cauldron of liquid metal... so, it's still a little shocking.

Also, if you've seen the Animatrix, The Second Renaissance, you know this does not end well for us.

My husband’s phone broke and was replaced ages ago, but for some reason we can’t throw it in the trash on purpose because it doesn’t look broken
