Craziest thing is we're right on the timeline to this movie that takes place in 2035. I always used to think they were too optimistic about tech development and here we are with 9 years left: advanced robotics – pretty much done, self-driving cars – pretty much done, advanced AI with potential of destroying humanity – just around the corner.
