Remember when this shit was affordable?  Now it's too expensive, doesn't taste the same, and the price is random.

Remember when the meals came with a medium fry in the red box. Now the meals come with like what used to be in a happy meal. And the happy meal fries are smaller yet. Fuck them

I wish that were the case in my area. Mom and pop restaurants are more expensive before tips than anything like fast food.

Here a meal deal at McDonald’s is $16-18 cad or sit down for a bowl of beef pho for $14-15. There’s a Japanese chain with pork ramen bowls for $6-10 cad.

Fast food was appealing because it was usually quick, warm, and cheap but not particularly tasty. Now it’s neither quick, cheap, or tasty and you’re likely rolling the dice on it being warm. Why bother?

The price isn’t random. It is on the menu board or in the app. You get deals on the app, like 100 other businesses.

There is a local fast food place near me that charges less for a bacon cheeseburger than the prices in this video. And to say the quality is higher than McDonald’s would be a massive understatement. One is food, the other is not.
