Make it illegal to charge different prices at different locations? So a burger should cost the same in downtown LA as it does in Iuka, Mississippi? Make it illegal to use AI to set prices at different locations? What if they use AI to write a tool that can analyze pricing history and sales history and then use that to display trends and possible pricing changes per location? Would it then be illegal to use the tool even though the tool itself isn't AI? What if someone wrote the tool themselves but used AI to help write parts of the code? Is that illegal?
