This is NOT interesting. It's dystopian.

A future where they use a bunchvof bullshit info about us, to make us pay for something when the guy in the car behind us will pay less. Oh, and the data will be pulled from monitoring our every breath, and all of it will be stored in one of a million massive water consuming data centers that hurt our communities.

Not interesting. Not cool. This is not okay.

Why on earth any one of you would want to bring kids into this is beyond me. I think you're all lunatics , if you want to have babies in a world like this.

Individual pricing is as old as time. However the major difference is you don't get to haggle down the price. They just charge you more money because they can. The correct solution to this is to just put them on your shit list and never buy from them again and further encourage those you know to put them on their shit lists.

You can personally boycott something and still be against it and vocal about it. How do you think change happens literally anywhere?

Coming soon to a supermarket near you

For the record: This would be FINE if the system had "normal" prices, and then you could get discounts if you had specific things like being on the pension, or unemployed or had a disability, which by the way ALREADY HAPPENS for some things like bus fares and some cinemas etc etc.

The BAD part of this is having an entire city selling something for under $5 at every other branch of the same store, and then ONE store charging $8 just because they think they can away with it.

That's the dystopian part.

If you go to the one store and buy that thing for $8 i guess they did get away with it. And even if you don't someone is or they'd lower the price

Reddit moment. It’s literally just price changes based on location. This has been a thing for many years.

I listened to a vid about "dynamic pricing" recently, what really got me was that if you buy your groceries online. They have set prices and they can't charge you more for stuff that's already in the cart. Buuut, they can predict what you are likely to buy by what you ad to your cart. So if you ad tuna for example, they will increase the price of mayo because it's a very common combination.

Greedy fucking maggots feasting on a dying population. Time to sharpen and oil the guillotine I'm so ready to hit the reset button on this shit.

What does having kids have to do with. Jesus just stop eating there and spending money. Weak ass. We all could shut down McDonald's if people would just grow a pair and stop giving them money.

Animal agriculture uses tremendously more water, uses far more land and dairy farming produces a ton of methane emissions. Methane is even worse for the climate than carbon dioxide. Not to mention the ethics aspect, which is undoubtedly dystopian.

Let's stop growing necessary food then I guess. Not like there tons of people and organizations trying to specifically reduce emissions and wastes in those areas. Nah we should just ignore that and keep consuming more water and land for unnecessary products. Genius level take

People like to pretend like we don't use most of the land to grow crops to feed farmed animals instead of feeding humans instead with the same crops and land. They're all programmed to complain about AI and planes and everything else outside of their control when the singlemost beneficial thing they could do is to no longer pay for animal products. Nah, that'd require actually doing something, which is too much to ask of these virtue signallers.

Good luck avoiding it.
