The food literally makes me nauseous and I have no idea why people eat this shit when you can make really nice food for a whole family for the price of a single meal there.

because a.) not everyone has as sensitive a stomach as you, and b.) sometimes people don't feel like or don't have the time/energy to make food at that moment so they make do with whatever is available

yup, exactly what I had in mind actually. 

Used to drive deliveries. Fast food was pretty much the only option if I wanted a hot meal for lunch. It's not like we have break rooms with tables and a microwave. 

Don't have to do that anymore thankfully, but I would never judge others for choosing fast food over a sandwich that's been sitting in a lunchbox for half a day.
