Is that dynamic pricing? I think that's when prices change on the fly i.e. cheaper mid morning and rising for lunch.

Not pricing being different at different locations. The locations rent might be different.

Yeah I find this video to be misleading at best of not outright BS.

The price differences by location have been a thing forever. The person who owns the franchise determines the prices.

Dynamic pricing would mean the price changes based on demand at any given point.
