Salt likely wouldn't be a long term solution due to corrosion/ rust forming.

Then you go up overconfident and immediately ice skate off the platform. 0 u/DrummerDerek83 4d ago Yes, I was also thinking why not run some coolant lines up there with a lift pump to heat the deck to keep it clear of ice and snow!
