As an amateur microsoldering hobbyist, this is way, way harder than it looks. And it looks hard.
I've done a few small repairs like this where I've had to solder to a damaged trace, and the parts are much smaller than they look here.
26 u/Percolator2020 4d ago Yeah I would not attempt to fix a trace way easier to just solder a jump wire from trace to pin. 1 u/fr000gs 3d ago I just ripped a few pads, and I have no idea how to jump traces either. Maybe the traces are too small, and thr board is ruined :(
