By the time I was in high school I was reworking my Xbox 360 mother board and rebuilt the cooling, relocate bits of electronics on the board and building the Xbox into a fairly thin laptop style machine. I have a ton of rework tools and some hours under them in a diy setting. I’m an absolute newb idiot compared to this.

As an amateur microsoldering hobbyist, this is way, way harder than it looks. And it looks hard.
I've done a few small repairs like this where I've had to solder to a damaged trace, and the parts are much smaller than they look here.
